This design is proving so popular, it was chosen to accessorize the new Townsville Port Authority uniforms. The chiffon kaftan top I am wearing (on the left)has a contrasting chiffon underlay, with a satin neckline.. great with white or black pants, worn over a cami or t-shirt, no side seams, one size fits all.( I am a 12). Cold water wash, hang to dry, easy!
